which ones should I keep?

Everything is great! you have a lot of medical related experience, you volunteer a lot, and all your courses look challenging! The only thing that could improve is the ACT score and the GPA.
I think you have a very good chance at all of the ones you are applying to. I know from experience that the RPI program would love the research that you’ve done and Siena would be happy with the volunteering. Union might not think you have enough leadership type activities though. You have extremely good chances at VCU and SLU’s programs. You are a competitive applicant for the rest, but it really does have a bit of luck involved in it. I hope that helps a bit.

Bump up your ACT, a bit low. All programs on your list are very competitive. Add some less known.
