Which SAT Subject Tests Should I Take?

Right now I am signed up to take the Physics, Math II, and Bio M SAT IIs for the June test date.

I know that I want to take the Math II exam, but I do not know if I should take the Physics SAT II or the Bio M SAT II.

I plan to go into a Biology/Biochemistry major, so it would make sense to take the Bio SAT II, but I know that physics has a better curve. I don't want to take both tests because I would rather concentrate my studying on one subject so I can maximize my score. As a whole, I am probably better at Biology, but I am also confident in my physics abilities.

So, should I aim for a lower score/higher percentile in an SAT II that's relevant to my major, or a higher score/lower percentile in a different science SAT II?

Honestly, the SAT IIs are not heavily weighted in the application process relative to other test scores and grades. Also, the SAT IIs have very little influence in deciding on major; it’s more of an exam to test your strong suits. If I were you, I would take all three if you feel confident and know the material well because these tests can only help you if you know you can do well, and can’t hurt you too badly if you do poorly since you can retake them.
