Which schools could i transfer to? Please help and chance me! :)

Hey everyone, first of all I would like to thank you for taking the time to look at my post :)
This is the deal, I want to transfer and have applied to a school for spring 09, but in the event that I am declined, I am looking at transfer to FALL 09.
I have been looking through these forums for a while now(as well as usnews etc) and have decided which schools I'm interested in, but dont really know that much being an international student. I have of course seen what I think, but would want more opinions so that I can make a realistic assumption for next fall.

If you could please tell me in term of 'safety/match/reach' that would be great :)

My stats are:
College GPA: ~3.85 College GPA after 2 semesters/27 credits.

It will most probably stay around the same by the time i transfer, and by that time I will have 57 credits.

High School GPA: 'A'. I am from Sweden and therefore we do not have the same GPA scale as the US.

I have NOT taken the SATs/ACTs.

Intended Major: PRE-MED/BIO

I am an international student(from Sweden), but I currently go to Hawaii Pacific University.
My parents are from India, and I believe my background will be a good think considering diversity etc.

I speak 3 languages fluently.

I have traveled A LOT, seen every country in europe, been to asia several times, and seen a lot of US etc..

Misc:

Financial aid NOT needed

Dean's List 3 semesters at current university

A bit of community service, about 40 hours.

Worked last summer at a home for patients with mental retardation, taking care of them etc.

I think one of the strongest parts is my athletic past which I will include in the essays, either small ones or additional information/EC's:

I have played soccer for about 15 years(I'm 19) in Sweden, and there I was offered positions in some of Swedens best private clubs but I had to decline due to moving to the US for 2 years, and I also had a few other offers once I got to the US with teams for boys that were 2 years older than me.
I was also chosen to play for the stockholm team and was a candidate to be able to play for the Swedish Junior National Team but had to back out due to a knee injury which lasted until this summer when i had surgery..
I also played a lot of Tennis in which ive also won many tournaments for example 2 Junior Division tournaments in Dallas as well as getting 2 Best Effort Awards, and a stockholm regional tournament in Sweden where I placed 2nd and others.
+ lots of other sports like snowboarding and surfing + more

1 very good recommendation.
Will get at least 2 more very good ones.
Can get a few more pretty good ones.

I think some things that set me apart are my nationality etc. and my athletics.
Also, I will add a few EC's by that time. Been looking into what interests me. Hoping to get a undergraduate research opportunity or volunteering/interning at a hospital.
+ more

The schools I am interested in are(alphabetically ^^):

Boston College
Cornell
Emory
Northwestern
Notre Dame
NYU
Penn State
Tufts
University of Florida
University of Michigan
University of Rochester
Vanderbilt
Wake forest

What do you think?
Any chancing is appreciated, but try to be as realistic as possible and not just make me happy :P
Also, if you have other suggestions of schools, please feel free to post this too!

Thank you for your time!

Boston College- Good shot
Cornell - Im not sure about the ivies on transfers
Emory-I think its possible
Northwestern- Hard school to get into but transferring may help
Notre Dame- great school, good shot
NYU-i think NYU will like the international experiences youve had–go for it!
Penn State- im applying there as a freshmen, you seem like a good fit
Tufts-?
University of Florida-shouldnt have trouble
University of Michigan-nto sure about this one, one of the best business schools in the country is always going to be tough

anyways, i hope this helped, based on what I know, transfers can have an easier time passing the really tough admissions officers. Freshmen take the brunt. Hope things work out. And its nice to hear from a fellow european! my family is from england  good luck
University of Rochester
Vanderbilt
Wake forest

is there no one else!? (thats right, im brad pitt in troy)

please people  i know its a long post, but it would really help with some more opinions!
