Which scool route should I take to get into medical school in the future?

I am a high school senior. Ive had a 4.0 GPA for the past five semesters, and havent gotten an A- in over two years. The problem is Im currently doing an extra year of high school because of lack of credits, and need a much higher SAT score. I know that I can not currently get into any good schools because of it. I can get into some liberal arts schools or community college. I want to go to med-school in the future. So I'm thinking I'll definitely need to take a post-bacc program.

Heres what Im wondering...what should I do after I graduate high school to have the most successful path into getting into med-school?

Should I go to a liberal arts university after I graduate this year? If I get a high GPA there, could I get into a better school and transfer?

Or, I can go to an adult school and get licensed as a CRN, and then an EKG Technician within one year. Spend a lot of time studying and retaking the SAT, THEN go to a college next year. Then I would be applying to college with a higher SAT score, CRN and EKG licensing, medical experience, 4.0 GPA, but still an extra year of high school. So I still couldnt get into the best school. If I get a high GPA at a different school, could I ever get accepted into a great pre-med school like Davidson, basically ANY school that would be able to get into a med-school with good grades, high MCAT etc.
Is taking a year in between high school and college going to hurt my chances more than going to a liberal arts now? (i'll have a higher SAT and medical experience) Does a year in between make any differences?

I could a apply to better schools next year, with a high GPA, higher SAT scores, but still no matter what, an extra year of high school.

What can I do from here?
