Which scores should I send?

I'm a senior in high school and took the subject tests at the very last opportunity, only granting myself one chance to do well (my fault, I know). I scored: 700 Math 1, 640 Lit, and 620 Bio E. I must submit these scores today to Tufts, Barnard and Columbia, which all require two subject tests. I know I didn't score excellently on these tests, but I'm not sure which to send- the obvious choice seems like the two higher scores, but those are also "subjects" on the reasoning exam. Would sending the biology score make me look more 'well rounded,' or would the lower score just hurt me?

Also, if anyone could provide me with any insight on whether or not getting into these schools is possible with scores this low, that would be phenomenal.

BUMP

Send your two highest scores. Barnard might be your closest match. Tufts and Columbia are reaches, but can’t say without knowing rest of your CV.

Thanks for your reply. Yeah I’ve been thinking the same, for me I’ve been imagining all three of these schools as my reaches, they’re definitely at the top academic-wise. I superscored 2020 on the reasoning test (also less than excellent) but I think my main strengths lie in my extra cirriculars/activities so I’m hoping for the best!
