Which set of courses looks better?

These are my senior courseload options

Set 1:
AP Calc
English 4AP
AP US History
AP Micro/Macro Economics
Spanish 3 Regulars
AC Physics (Accelerated.. they don't let you take AP Without this class)

Set 2:
AP Calc
English 4AP
AP US History
AP Micro/Macro Economics
Spanish 3 Regulars
AP Bio

Set 3:
AP Calc
English 4AP
AP US History
AP Micro/Macro Economics
AP Chem
AC Int. Relations

My original senior schedule got messed up, so I was given these options. I have to take Spanish 3 this year because of another conflict freshman year. Set 1 sounds appealing right now, but it means I won't take another AP Science course.. Plus I've never taken physics and a lot of schools recommend taking physics atleast once. Set 2 is fine too but I won't be taking physics and the bio hurt my gpa, but its the only set where i can take an AP science and a language. Set 3 just sounds like overkill.

Please let me know what you think I should take! What would colleges prefer more? I'm also really not sure if I could handle that science AP class but if its neccessary i might have to

I agree w/you. Options 1 or 2, not 3
