Should I ask my AP Literature teacher or my AP European History/ AP US History teacher for a letter of rec?

I had AP European & AP US History in my junior year, so I had the teacher's class 5-6 hours every other day. She really likes me as I was the top student in her class and we talk about my future ambitions from time to time (scored 5 on both exams!) She asked me to tutor the weakest student for essays and I would run errands for her whenever she needed me too. However, when I went back to check up how the letter of rec was coming along, she forgot and promised me that my letter of rec was the first one she will write even though she already has 10 students that already asked her. She also wrote the Letter of Rec for my job and it was a really nice, personal letter!

I'm not as close to my AP English Literature teacher, but she really seems to understand how I want to go to a top college and wants to help me get there. When I told her that I didn't need a Letter of Rec from her anymore because it's one from the Humanities department, she seemed sad. She told me that she already had a Common App account set up and if I still wanted her to write one, I can email her the request whenever.

I'm scared that my AP Euro/AP US teacher forgot that she was supposed to write me a letter of rec or would get really worn out from all the kids' she's written....
But then the AP English Literature teacher may take longer to write the Letter of Rec and being an English teacher, she may write "better"?

Thanks for the help!
