Hey everyone.

I've recently applied to Baylor, UT Austin, A&M, and University of Houston.
My family is not financially stable at all, and I just feel terrible stressing her out about my future tuition money.
I feel like my qualifications are maybe above average, and I was wondering if anyone knew what universities in Texas give the best financial aid?
Like, possibly a full ride or full tuition?

Rank: 46/767

Percentage: Top 5%

SAT 1670

ACT 25 (I haven't submitted any ACT scores though)

@BrownParent Are there any possibilities that these aren’t really accurate and could possible give more money?

Not for FA. They might for merit if those questions weren’t asked on the NPC, but your standard tests make merit a long shot. Go to the Financial Aid forum and look at the pinned threads for some merit aid options.

Here is a Texas school with a large automatic scholarship for your stats, and an even larger one if you raise your ACT to 26 or SAT to 1760: http://www.pvamu.edu/faid/types-of-aid-2/scholarships/university-scholarships/ . Note: the larger one does require a higher college GPA to renew (3.2 versus 3.0).

You should widen your search if finances will be a big cause of stress.
