Which to Submit: ACT or SAT?

I'm a current junior in a private high school in New York, but I live in New Jersey. I took both the ACT and SAT, and here are my best scores for both:

SAT: 2240 (800 Writing, 760 Math, 680 Critical Reading)
ACT:
Science: 35
English: 35
Reading: 29
Math: 34
Composite: 33

Which do you feel is stronger. I know my reading comprehension needs work, but between the two, which do you feel looks more impressive?

On any conversion chart a 2240 and a 33 are relatively the same score. I would send both.

LOL can you even read?

What schools are you applying to? Do you plan to major in science, math, or humanities?

@tomatox1- I would like to major in engineering and my top choice schools are M.I.T, Stanford, Columbia, UC Berkeley, U Mich, and Carnegie Mellon in that order. I’m in the top 15% of my class, and we have an IVY percentage of a little bit over 30% at my school.

@CLCFanboy- LOL I don’t even know why my reading scores are so bad (comparatively, at least). I do fine in history (AP US), and English, but for whatever reason, those standardized tests aren’t my thing.

Although the scores are roughly equal, I would send ACT Scores because your math and science ACT scores are phenomenal compared to your SAT math score, which is below the 75th percentile for nearly all the ivy league scores, while your ACT math and science scores are definitely at or above the 75th percentile. The Writing score really brings your SAT score up, but most non-UC colleges don’t look very heavily upon the writing score.

SAT is (very) slightly better, if you decide to send just the highest score regardless of sub-scores.
