Which UC campus are "transfer friendly" and which not so much (in your opinions)?

in terms of:
-housing
-course policies
-social life
-attitude of students towards transfers
-percentage of transfers
etc.

-social life
-attitude of students towards transfers

Really man?

This depends on who you are. If you’re some weak nerd who has no friends now, expect it to stay that way. But if you’re an outgoing person, know how to hold a conversation, and carry yourself well, then you’ll be fine wherever you go.

But…since you’re always asking so many random question here, I think you’re the insecure type and will probably have a hard time wherever you go.

You jelly?

I have Aspergers (high functioning autism)… which is probably why I ask others these questions. I work hard not to let my condition interfere with my life.

I’m so jelly.

there’s nothing wrong with asking questions jvesco22

as for the OP…just try to take part in the online transfer days UC’s offer where you can ask live people questions on the internet.

yeah jvesco, ur an *******. As for the question IDK. Just be yourself. There are so many different kind of people at UC that you’ll fit in somewhere. Dont worry about it too much.

UCSD housing is very transfer friendly.

UCLA is very transfer friendly in my opinion. I commute so I can’t tell you about the housing policies, but everything else has been easy to navigate. Course policies shouldn’t limit you. I’ve already added a minor on top of my major and it shouldn’t be hard to petition for a double major. Social life sincerely depends all on you. I’m only deeply involved in one organization and participate casually in a second, but it was easy to get to know people. In (social science, at least) upper division classes, A LOT of your classmates are going to be transfers as well. The number of people I’ve met that got in as freshmen is significantly less than the number of transfers I’ve met.

jvesco…smh.
and yeah I deffs have to agree about it being more about the person than the school.
