<p>@music1990 and @cayton I know exactly what you’re saying music. Sometimes there’s a compelling story around someone’s admission, but so many times I see a low GPA connected to a TAG. It just seems automatically allowing a low GPA admission for TAG is giving a reward for little effort. It should be - hey, you perform at a certain high calibr - then you get your reward of guaranteed admission. And the GPAs can be adapted by major.</p>
<p>Someone just noted that the major requirements don’t appear to even be needed for TAG. I thought that was wrong, but indeed there is nothing written about major req in TAG - just that once you’re accepted they’ll help you figure out your major path. It’s a little too late in the game to get requirements completed by that point, unless it means send a planner for TAG at the very start of your study and they’lll help. But it is vague. Do either of you know how TAG applies to major requirements? </p>
