Which undergraduate degree is Best to Become an Orthopedic Surgeon

<p>Hello everyone. This is my first post on this website so I hope I am putting this in the right section. I have started the process of looking for colleges and I know it is important to attend a college that has your major. The problem is that I am not 100% which undergraduate degree is best if you are trying to become an orthopedic surgeon. If you guys could help me out that would be fantastic.</p>

<p>You need to get admitted to, and complete, med school before settling on a particular medical specialty. You can major in any one of the arts & sciences fields or an engineering field, as long as you complete the premedical requirements. So pick what interests you and what you do best. Most choose a bioscience field or chemistry.</p>
