Which university is better for communication

<p>Hello! D is accepted into University of Illinois at Chicago, Miami University OH, and Syracuse University.
She wanted to attend Syracuse but she didnt get into newhouse but she got in VPA for Communication and Rhetoric studies. </p>

<p>I dont know how difficult will it be for her to transfer to newhouse. Are UIC and MU good compared to Syracuse?</p>

<p>Miami OH and Syracuse are equivalent but better than UIC.
I don’t know how easy it is to transfer to newhouse.
How much will each cost (after scholarships but before loans)?</p>
