Hey Guys!
I was placed into an honors program with full tuition paid, free laptop, etc...
At first, I was excited because I could major/minor in whatever I would want and not have to worry about debt afterwords. I'm now hearing from a lot of people, including parent's that I should major in something that could potentially be more rewarding.
My original intended major was (still is) English, with a minor in 2 of these (Writing, Economics, Theater, Journalism) (Prob Writing and Theater)
My parents really want me to take Econ (it's a B.S. not B.A.) because they believe it will benefit me more than English. I wouldn't have a huge prob with Econ other then not loving math, ( which wouldn't be in the minor )
Either way, do you think that I should go for an Econ Major and minor in two lib arts subject, or should I advantage of not having student debt and really study what I was intending to study.
By the way, if anyone can answer, what type of jobs are waiting for Econ Bachelors of Science majors after college, if any?

Thanks a lot guys, sorry for it being so lengthy.
