Whirlwind of Activities

I know most of you have what they call a "whirlwind of activities" just like me. I'm not sure if you have the same problem but sometimes I feel like I can't get a control of everything I do.

I have in-school activities, then I go to band, then my NPO, then sports, then go study for a test ETC. ARGH! My head hurts just thinking about it.

So basically what I did was I got the "Microsoft Works" to plan out everything I do: Time table, Four Year Plan (Courses), Four Year Plan (Activities), etc. But I still always feel like I'm forgetting something.

Then I have this weird fear that all the work that I did throughout high school will be forgotten when I go to write college applications. (haha lol). I can't feel like I'm in control of things. (Maybe I have OCD and just get freaked out because I try to plan everything).

Questions:
1. How do you guys get organized?
2. How do I relieve this fear that I will forget all the activities and awards that I receive? In other words, how do you record everything down so that when it comes to apply to college you have everything ready and you didn't forget anything?

Well, I just made a list in MS word, "freshman", "sophomore", etc. Then I just list awards/grades as I get them.
