<p>Anyone have info about White hall. I read that the rooms may be larger than Speare or Stetson.</p>

<p>Seconded, I’m also thinking the rooms might be larger as my housing email warned that the size of the room “has the potential to allow an additional roommate”. I’m hoping someone has some good things to say about White Hall, I’m bummed I didn’t get into International Village (apparently Global Frontiers is not there this year so I couldn’t game the system that way xP ).</p>

<p>You’re both in luck! A) Because White Hall in my opinion is the nicest freshman dorm and is quite spacious, and B) because I lived there last year, so I’ll search for a picture!</p>

<p>White Hall is a great dorm. It’s not too large but not too small. The rooms are cozy and quite large. They have carpeted floors (One of the few dorms to have that) and White is close to everything on campus.</p>

<p>I really enjoyed living there my freshman year and am glad I didn’t get anywhere else. I’ll look for a picture and upload one if I find one!</p>

<p>I was on the fifth floor. Note that there are still roughly 2-3 meters (6-9 feet) of space behind me till the door as well as two mirrors (one for each resident, although not every room in the building had these) and two closets on sides of the room. Overall a really lovely room and I really enjoyed my freshman year!</p>

<p>hey im in white hall too! is there anywhere i ca nfind pictures or videos of the residence hall and rooms? my only complaint so far with northeastern is that they dont have any pictures or videos for dorms easy to find!</p>

<p>The dorm itself is really social, people tend to leave their doors open all the time. The rooms are definitely bigger than all of the other freshman dorms. We have the option of customizing our rooms more because of all the space. The location is great too. You will be across the street from the gym, dining halls, and even the T. If you have anymore questions about White, feel free to ask! Here are two pictures of my room in White last year:</p>

<p>what about the single rooms? are they as big? are the beds for the single room also bunk beds? thank you in advance :)</p>

<p>The rooms in White vary from room to room. The singles tend to be smaller than a double, but still spacious. All beds are lofted when you arrive, but you can choose to unloft them. The second picture above is an example of having your bed lofted versus unlofted.</p>

<p>Just got an email saying this:</p>

<p>“Due to a variety of safety reasons, as well as being unable to store such large numbers of lofting materials, they have determined that all beds in White Hall will be lofted. If your bed was previously de-lofted, it has now been re-lofted.”</p>

<p>It seems to me that lofted beds would be less safe…</p>
