Who do I contact?

<p>Checking my student account and it seems like I'm being charged twice for Bear Facts. Who would I contact to get this problem fixed?</p>

<p>Also I'm confused on how I'll be paying my fees. Is paid through monthly payments only if I filled out the Deferred Payment Plan?</p>

<p>The billing department did charge you twice, but they credited you back once. Therefore, you were only charged once.</p>

<p>You know, if your EFC is low enough, bearfacts actually doesn’t have to cost any money at all? I didn’t know this, but I called in last year… and got it waived (:</p>

i dont have their hours memorized. you can call in and find out their hours.
