I know my test scores are pretty low, but I feel my essays were strong - about my cousin who has autism and how my experiences with him have instilled an awareness in me about valuing life and the responsibility that i feel human beings have to be compassionate... anyway, i'm very anxiously awaiting responses and decision letters, so if you would be so, so kind to tell me what you think my chances are and alleviate a little stress i would be greatly appreciative. Thank you so much!

Hey bro i’m in about the same boat as you. I’m extremely anxious and just really tired of waiting. I need to make a decision about where I’m going to college soon, and I really am not looking forward to waiting for another month to find out. I think you have strong EC’s and a strong schedule of classes. I’m similar but with less AP classes. Lots of sports (captain of cc and track), EC’s, not extremely high test scores either. But just wait it out and have faith, I think you’ll get in. If you get waitlisted, you’ll get in for sure.

Ha the wait list is a killer, I mean I’ve been good up until now, but now that there’s only a week until April 1st I’m dying… and for the wait list, until summer even? It’s nuts

Screw the waitlist. It’s so dumb how they just can’t give you a straight up decision rather than a “deferral” or a “waitlist.” I’d be fine if they told me that I probably wouldn’t be hearing a final decision until may or june or whatever, but the suspense is killing me knowing it could come any day.

did you apply ED or regular? anyways, from the look of your stats, i’d say you have a pretty good shot. you have a good gpa, excellent rank, lots of ECs, and a pretty decent SAT. good luck man!

Yeah, I mean I’ve heard that the admissions office feels bad straight out rejecting kids who they thought were just as qualified and got slighted somehow, so they just put them on the wait list - which is kind of a slap in the face too! Hah…

I applied regular everywhere, I didn’t think my SAT scores were high enough to be competitive enough to go early… i’m very nervous…
