Florida Virtual School. Self-studying might not be a regular scheduled course, but people still have to devote time to it. Also, some students have 6 classes all year long, while others have 7 with AB days, and others have 8 - 4 in 1 semester, and 4 in the other. These variations, along with dual enrollment after school, allow a student to take well over 6 classes a year.

Senior Year–AP Euro, AP Psych, World History (Correspondence), Chemistry II-Dual Enroll…, Religion (Catholic school), AP Spanish, Latin I and II-Dual Enroll., AP English, AP Calculus AB, and that’s it… Not too bad, I suppose.

I know it takes time outside of class, but it’s not a class. Is not really part of your schedule and would think of it as an after school activity. I can see it like taking a class at a community college. It’s really not part of your high school schedule, if it’s after school.

Anybody who says they are taking Calc AB and Calc BC in one year are going to be in for a surprise when they take the board exam at the end of the year.
