At this point I plan on being at the admitted students open house on the 17th. Anyone else going and which day?

I am going on the 20-21 for an overnight!

I'll be there same time as KSolow!

sigh, silly Bowdoin scheduling the overnights to conflict with the DNC spring convention in New Orleans.

I think im going on the 17th

I think I am going the 17th.

Our daughter is going April 16-17. She is also known as mollyollygal on this board, and lets me post with prior approval..............

I was just wondering - are all overnights Sunday night --> Monday day of classes?

Do any of them include Thursday/Friday/Saturday nights? I seem to remember friends talkign about going to parties on their overnights, but they might have discontinued those programs?

Oliver,

The Bowdoin Open House Invitation Brochure says:

"To gain a better sense of the campus and residential life at Bowdoin, you may wish to stay overnight in a College residential house the night before the open house you are attending. The dates available for overnight visits are Sunday, April 16; Thursday, April 20; and Sunday, April 23."

We noticed this paragraph tucked away towards the end of the brochure. Seems they are not making a big deal about it, but it is great they still offer the overnight option. Helpful for those who want to check out the residential units....and other things. :)

interesting :-p

what is the number to call to schedule an overnight?? My mom took the brochure to work with her, so I don't have it, but I should probably be calling soon.
