<p>I think you can still fill it out. I just went on and it is still open (the housing app). I think there are housing perks with Regents (I know there is at Cal). </p>

<p>I think you will be okay if you SIR to Cal @randombookie, just make sure to Call UCLA tomorrow (or sometime soon) so that you let them know you have retracted your SIR to their school.</p>
