Who is The Smartest Celebrity?

I heard that if you drop off the zero on your SAT score (out of 1600), it is an estimate of your IQ. If this is the case, the 130-140 range is accurate for a 1350 SAT score.

When I took it in 2003 - a 1450 was the 98th percentile. However, this is aggregate score and undoubtedly has a poorer correlation to intelligence than the pure math score.

The question is this - what is the distribution of people's IQs who don't take the SAT.

OMG...I would krap my pants if I found out that I scored lower that George Bush...I'm mean I would care less if Howard Stern scored outscored me but George Bush???? Not that he did, but the reality of that actually happening is deeply disturbing!

According to me the smartest celebrities would have to be Matt Damon and Bill Gates (if he is considered to be a celebrity) because they had a clear view of aims and were ready to give up a Harvard degree in order to pursue their dreams.

And they were accepted by Harvard before they became big in life.

Cindy Crawford was valedictorian of her HS and was a Chem-Eng major at Northwestern (on scholarship).

This one is pretty obscure. Morgan Fairchild (best known for playing typical blonde roles) is actually supposed to be quite brilliant. In her "spare time" - she reads legal treatises and medical journals.

Define "smart". If you mean smart mathematically and test/wise, that would be someone totally different than if you refer to political intelligence. Everyone has strengths and weaknesses, you can't lump any one person into "The Smartest Overall".

^Yeah. Welcome to the world of psychology and Robert Sternberg's triarchic theory of intelligence and Howard Gardner's 8 definitions of intelligence. Accept it or not, our society will ALWAYS consider being smart as a form of analytical intelligence. Sad I know, but let the truth be told. WOW...that rhymes.

Me, of course. ;) That was a joke.

Dolph Lundren - also know as Ivan Drago from "Rocky IV" (I will break you. You will lose.) and as the Alien from "I Come In Peace" and as He-Man in "He-Man and the Masters of the Universe" - Rhodes Scholar MIT.

Did anyone see Deepak Chopra go toe-to-toe with Steven Colbert a few weeks ago? He came off as just as quick as Colbert, who'd had time to prep. But the true winner is Marilyn vos Savant, who IS a minor celebrity because her claim to fame is that she has the highest IQ ever recorded.

^is that on youtube or comedycentral.com?
