Who isn't writing their pg.217s RD? Did any get accepted ED w/o writing it?

<p>I'm a bit swamped with college essays.. (yes I know, I'm a major procrastinator). So as the title states, is anyone who's RDing not writing it? And did anyone who EDed get in without writing it? :D</p>
