Who likes the "new and improved" Princeton Review website?

Not me.

Most of Son's info is gone from the counselor-o-matic. Then, we we try to recreate it, it doesn't save.

Next, his list of "saved schools" has disappeared. We can find no way to save a school to his non-existent list.

What happened to the "is it a fit" comparison? Dunno.

I manage websites for a living. This one flunks most - if not all - of my usability criteria.

I guess we'll try again after dinner. :(

I so agree! When I was reading through it I had to keep clicking on links to 'read more' whereas I didn't have to do that before and was much more tedious.

I hate it so much. It never saves my log in info! Such a pain in the ass. Anyone else get a USNWR account as soon as the change happened?

I'm having the same problems,
it lost all of my data,
my saved schools,
and i just find it a lot harder to navigate now.

bummer, it was one of my favourite sites.

I thought it was just my log-in the website didn't like! First, you have to log in every time. Then, it's a pain to navigate between colleges because you now have to click "Colleges" before putting a keyword in the window. And the former website got you conditioned to certain kinds of information - now, all that info is much more obscured than accessible. The idea of doing a revamp of your site is to make major improvements in user appeal. There is nothing about this change that strikes me as an improvement.

Terrible. It went from a very helpful, user-friendly site to a navigational nightmare. So long PR!
