Westwood High
(Sons of Westwood)
lyrics by the USC Marching Band

High up in the hills of Westwood
Sprawled offensive to the eye
Lies a Cal extension campus
Known as Westwood High. (high, high, high)
Home of all the Bruin bearcubs
UGLY is its name,
The student body’s vile,
The football team’s a pile,
And the campus is a shame.

U clap, clap, clap
G clap, clap, clap
L clap, clap, clap
Y clap, clap, clap

do they have a version that's more foul? my roomate went to wisconsin and he knows quite a few foul ones for the big10 rivals (so foul that i can't put it here).

now i think of it, stanford really makes a mess for the pac10. they got usc out of the nc game and then lost to notre dame. lol! they make a bigger impact to the conference than cal. ;)

hopefully not much longer. i do feel for guys like justin though, he stuck by the program so long, waited his turn, and now look what happened. i wish the best for him in his future.

I know Tedford is the Offensive Coordinator and I think he does a lousy job at it, hence WE NEED A NEW OFFENSIVE COORDINATOR, I don't care about him being the head coach and I don't care if he has a billion versions/variations of the same 4-5 plays, it would be nice for him to just focus on COACHING, rather than calling all the plays, seriously, 1ST AND GOAL, WE RUN UP THE MIDDLE FOR WHAT, 3PTS, TELL ME HOW MANY TIMES WE HAVE BEEN STOPPED AT THE GOAL-LINE THIS YEAR, then tell me why we DON'T need a new offensive coordinator. I'm not trying to be mean or venting my frustrations, but I mean, when you do something over and over and over again, and IT DOESN'T WORK, I think its time for a change, don't you agree?

I agree. Hopefully we can get a new offensive coordinator.
How about this scheme for Cal football next year. We run a spread option offense like Hawaii, Missouri, Oregon, Texas, etc. We have Kevin Riley operating from the shotgun 6-7 yards back, with Jahvid Best as the starting back, and run 4 or 5 receiver sets on every play. This works so well for Hawaii, Mizzou, Kansas and the spread offense teams, and I think because of our speed, we could run the spread so much more efficiently.
