THIRD straight year a team in the pac 10 gets screwed.
i don't blame texas, they totally deserve a bowl game. but it really gets me angry that lowly teams like pittsburgh and michigan get a bowl game. cal's gonna destroy texas tech in the holiday.

Haha...this makes me laugh because when I saw the thread title I immediately thought of what my friends and I label as Butt Crack Syndrome (BCS) and wondered why someone would post about exposed butt cracks.

Shows how much I know about football...

Yeah, I'm mad that Cal got screwed, too. They would definately beat Texas if they had the shot-- they deserved #4. But at least Oklahoma is in the championship, cause I like watching Adrian Peterson and would prefer them against USC.

Are you serious? Thats freakin crazy. I didn't even hear about it...Cal should've gone..they are a great team. My brother must be really mad about that because he was really excited to see Cal in the Rose Bowl...

A dark day here in Berkeley.

We are the latest victims of this BCS system. Words cannot express how thoroughly ticked off we all are...we just might organize a protest and eat some Top Dog later (as we are wont to do).

Even though I think that the vast majority of people feel Cal is a better team, I'm glad that it was Texas and not some other school to take our spot; the Longhorns got shafted somewhat last year when Oklahoma lost the last game of the season. All I can say is, they better pwn the Wolverines in Pasadena.

Cal and Auburn certainly got screwed. It's BS how certain conferences get an automatic BCS bid. No way should Michigan, Pittsburgh, or VA Tech be in a BCS game while Cal isn't. I think Auburn and Utah (both undefeated) should play each other in the Sugar Bowl, and the winner of that game gets a split championship w/ the Orange bowl winner

we got screwed here too

Duke totally deserved a bowl berth
