It's been acknowledged as fact, if you will, on WeAreSC and also from Bruin Report Online, that Chow did interview for the job. Rick Neuheisel looks like a front runner now however.

yes; also, it was on several radio stations. sorry, dont have the link though (try typing in norm chow+ucla though on google, see what it comes up with).

so cal is getting good recruits still, which is promising...one of the top 10 tight ends and top-25 wr committed.

where did you find this information?

why aren't we talking about basketball? SEC seems to be weak this year!

BECAuse oregon lost 2 games to stupid teams...OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!

but i think lots of ranked teams have lost to unranked ones in other conferences too. pac-10 is up there, just slightly behind acc and maybe big12. stanford should return to the poll if they win the 2 games they have this week and they are favored with the return of brook lopez.

Hey, Oregon is still ranked #23/21 in the latest AP/Coaches poll. That's still pretty darn good. If Cal basketball was able to end the year ranked #23/21, I would be elated.

True, but the thing is they dropped from 12th at the beginning of the year to that. If they weren't ranked at first and then came up, then i would be ecstatic!

rival.com puts Pac-10 as #2 conference THIS WEEK, behind Big12.

blue: it was in the chronicle a few days ago, and in SI magazine a few weeks ago (for the receiver guy)

pac-10 took all of the 3 games played yesterday. but at one point, two of them were trailing! stanford is looking good with the return of brook Lopez.

21-7. forget about longshore...

Give Tedford credit for giving Nate the hook after only two series, when he didn't look particularly bad -- of course, nothing was bad as Gregory's D in the first quarter.

okay, I vote Riley for QB next year. It was nice to see someone with confidence, and you could tell that the receivers loved the zip he put on the balls. I think Gregory has to go though...as does the ST coordinator.

Riley is our future.

Damn right. Second half was awesome (even the Forsett fumble couldn't ruin it)

You said it BlueElmo!

I'm amazed that Riley can play so well when he's thrown into these situations. We've got a good future at QB. I'm not so sure to crown him next year's starter, though, given that Longshore was playing with a chipped bone around his ankle for half the season. We were playing well before he got injured, so we'll just have to see how the QB competition works out.

Yes, and the odds that Nate would be unseated during his senior year would take a real miracle from Riley.
