Who wants to read my essay?

<p>I am applying to colleges in the fall of 2008 (EA/ED) and in the winter of 2009 (RD). I just finished my first draft of my college essay on the "topic of your choice". I know it is still the beginning of summer, but I would like a couple members of CC to review it for me so I can have their advice, criticisms etc.</p>

<p>If you would like to read it, just post a little something about yourself and why you can be trusted to read my essay.</p>

<p>Love the precautions you've taken. Truth is, you shouldn't give your essay to anyone you don't know ...Lol. I can read your essay, if you like. I'll edit it if you want me to. </p>

<p>I can be trusted because...well, I don't know. Don't think I can prove that over the net. It's up to you. I went through the same process last year, so I think I am in a good position to help out. Because I made it to college! woot!</p>

<p>I revised my essay and I am really starting to love it. I wrote about such a silly incident but since it describes an honest, and somewhat embarrassing occasion, it works :)</p>

<p>I'll critique it , PM me too. My S is going through this process too and he is also halfway done. As I suggested to my S don't fall in love with your first essay topic. Have a couple of more ideas and work on them too,you never know which one will turn out to be the better one.</p>
