I have a question though, I took the Engineering Innovation at JHU and put it on the JHU Summer Program for the supplimental part of the app. Only thing is, they spelled my name wrong. First and Last Name are correct, but they have a random middle name of my certificate. Will it affect me negatively?</p>

No. Not sure why you would think that would have a negative impact. The question on the Johns Hopkins Supplement about CTY and summer programs is for tracking (statistical) information only, it is not part of the review.</p>
