<p>New news for all ILR transfer applicants~! I just received an email from a transfer admissions advisor (different from Ian I guess) regarding my midterm report( since i wasn’t able to send mine yet). She wanted me to hurry up and send in mine asap because ILR IS FINALIZING ALL THEIR TRANSFER DECISIONS BY APRIL 3Oth!!!</p>
<p>meaning all the ppl who finished theirs early should really get their decisions starting mid april!</p>
<p>Can’t wait… again, do you get an email with your decision, a phone call, or a link on your status page?</p>
<p>Speaking of which, I wonder if Cornell adcoms ever use CC… I’m sure they KNOW about it.</p>

<p>Hey dragon. what was their decision making time from when the application was changed over to “we are reviewing your application” to when you received the email?</p>
<p>When the status page was first up, it already said that it was under review. Then I got my acceptance email yesterday!!!</p>
<p>When I got my email saying i was accepted, the date on my course evaluation was April 10th. So I figure maybe they accepted me before April 10th? I figure if I got denied, they would not look at my courses. So… And the date of my acceptance is April 13th.</p>
<p>i think putting the mark on april 30th will give us a good check into when we’ll hear back… however, i wonder if thats gonna be thru mail or email</p>
<p>I was just curious what your guys take on how the economy plays into admissions decisions? Like will not having financial aid help or hurt the decision for admission?</p>
<p>cornell practices need blind admissions process. so financial status does not come into play.</p>

<p>Alright, some exciting news for my fellow ILR applicants! I called admissions. They told me that some decisions have already been made and are now being released on a rolling basis. She told me Ian has been calling some people, while some will be receiving stuff in the mail. I asked her about whether we would be emailed as well, but she said nothing to me about that.</p>
<p>I wonder if Ian is only calling accepted students…</p>
