<p>i called again today… i could sense a bit of frustration from the secretary, as probably every single person has called her every day, but she said the decisions are mailed out the 20th, finalized the 30th… which means they’ve probably accepted or rejected most of us already… just waiting for the answer now…</p>

<p>i assume “finalized” means they will be all done with decisions for transfers.</p>
