Vola I think maybe cuz me and u you submitted MOST of our financial aid forms, we dont get that package. that could be one reason…

I submitted my FA forms 3 weeks ago. But it still says online that I’m missing something. I’m going to call FA on Monday to ask about it but I figure thats the reason I got the letter.

yeah, i didn’t get a package and i’ve submitted all FA forms. they were missing my w-2’s but i sent them and that has now disappeared from my “to do” list on cornell’s site.

yeah i submitted my parent-s w2 forms 2 days ago as well… hehe

I hope you’re right, dragon. The only thing I had missing was the non-custodial CSS profile, and I sent the waiver for it yesterday.

yeah hope im right also, but i would call, just in case though

So not getting the reminder is a GOOD thing? It means everything is complete?

idk. i think it has nothing to do with decisions for sure, but i received the notice/envelope even though i had EVERYTHING completed months before (except for the “Financial Verification Worksheet” and “Transfer Transcript”). and i still got the FA reminder.

i dont think it means anything. but it’s strange, isnt it?

THen i guess we all should of gotten it… imma call them monday and ask them whats up with it!

real quick question.

does anyone know what the difference between the Great Man Theory and the Trait theory is?

remy, i wish i knew what that was, it sounds interesting.

wow. so i’m taking a course “fundamentals of leadership” and was assigned a group project. I was specifically responsible for the presentation outlook and professionalism for it. So I’m working the photoshop, designing, and waiting for people to submit me their research.

NO ONE in my group has done work. and they all pulled the “it’s a leadership course, maybe you can look it up for me?” crap.

■■■. i got to get out of this school.

So… when are we actually finding out? They told me it’s on a rolling basis

remy, that is exactly why i can’t stand working in groups. GRRRR!

occtransfer, it is rolling basis. CAS told me between now and the end of the month they will be advising students.

It is rolling basis OCCTransfer… most of transfer applicant will know by the end of april to beginning of may

@remy, i know what u mean!! I cant be around an atmosphere where students are unmotivated and not willing to work… they expect someone else to do their dirty work and think that they can get pass

ugh. the worst part is that their using the damn course name as a gimmic. That i would be a “great leader” if i did it, and i would be a terrible leader if i “complain”. i’m going to kill them (i’m venting, please don’t report me).

no way in hell i’m doing their dirty work. the brochure i made is flawless. i really hope i get into the hotel school. i love group work…only if there are people who don’t thrive off mediocrity. my suny school…for shame!

well, i would do your part and tell them that they need to work with you or you will be the only one presenting. i’m sure they don’t want to look like fools.

Did anyone visit Cornell on Transfer Day?

i visited transfer day at cornell… i loved it… honestly, im prepared to not get in… and like… what sucks is that i need my decision NOWWW because i just got an offer to join a band thats signed to Columbia Records which i’ll probably take if i dont get into cornell… **** MY LIFE…

im having a mid life crisis at 19…

wow brandnew that’s awesome! (though i’m not an expert in those band stuff…) i mean…that is something really great, right? i mean at least you have something else to look forward to even if you don’t get in (touch wood). hahahaha you’re young and you’ll have a great life in front of you i’m sure
