Who's going to be going to the gym a lot?

Plain and simple, yo.

I adore going to the gym and working out. I’m too poor to get a gym membership, so I’m waiting to use Rimac as soon as I’m given the oppurtunity.

I love you guys, so I think it’d be great if I can find a gym buddy to go with a lot. Back when I used to work out, I went 4-5 times a week, so if anyone really wants to work out with anyone, talk to me!

I want to find someone with an avid passion for going a lot since I hate going alone (I get bored, unmotivated, tired, lazy, etc when I’m by myself), sooooo:

Please come? <3

yea bro i'm down to work out... i recently got kicked outa my gym... haha cause i used their equipment while i was kinda under the influence... its a long story... but yea i'm def down to work out...

Oh yeah, what college are you going to? I'm in Muir, so going to Rimac is just a few minute walk.

damn i'm in revelle... its quite a walk over there... but afterall i am trying to work out... so it doesnt really matter

i'll prolly run arround campus... you guys weight training?

i havent been able to lift alot since i broke my ribs... but i'm getting back into it gradually... i'll do alot of my runnin on the basketball court hopefully...

dammnn i used to do marshal arts up until junior cuz of the AP classes and i'm totally out of sahpe... imma try to run like crazy during summer ors omethign

I'm not much of a runner; I usually run a mile or so before doing weights so I get warmed up.

I am a bit out of shape, too (5'5" / 145? pounds), so doing cardio would definitely not be an easy thing for me to do. Hopefully I can cut down to what I used to be Soph year and get back to around 130-135 by the time college starts.

I want to look hot for all the girls in CC :}

lol i definitely agree

but i hear the girls at colleges get chunky cuz they're too lazy to work out...

haha i donno where u got that from...but i think i might get chunky if i didnt workout either...

I know I got chunky this year. This was the first year in HS where I didn't do at least one sport (tennis, soccer, basketball) :{

hey I workout and at Muir. But beware, i'm not very strong. 5'8--145

Hey; yeah i workout as well, about 4 times a week. Im hoping to continue it somewhat but i also want to swim laps and surf for some cardio and toning. So i might tone down the weight training at the beginning. I figure i'll do alot of swimming and surfing but then just so i dont loose alot of muscle go to the gym maybe twice a week to keep things intact.

Yeah I'm gona try to be a gym rat next year...its gona be awesome having such a sweet gym only a 5 minute walk away from my residence; i've always tried to go regularly but having to drive 10 minutes to get to the gym has always put me off...and yeah fo sho, i feel you oyama, im about the same build, 5'6" 140...imna try to cut down to 130 by next year so i can bulk it up (i got a mini gut going)..its all about mackin the ladies, yo

hm i guess i forgot to post my numbers. Im about 5'10 and weigh around 145-150. I usually bench around 135, less if im feeling weak; do biceps with about 25-30;' tri's with 25-30s, back i do pull ups; lat pulldown about 100 or so; i also to butterfly press, also more arm stuff-about 50 pound curls for bi;s, then just random stuff for legs. I do ab stuff alot too, using resistance and other things like a yoga ball.

Gonna do some hard core training
6'5" 230

I'm so surprised girls haven't posted under this thread yet. :x

But anyway, in reference to your

I swore to myself I wouldn't be one of those girls when I finally got to college. SO, if you ever find a day where none of these guys are willing to go with you, Kenny..I will! :) And besides, Marshall isn't too far from RIMAC anyway, so it won't be a hassle. If anything, it'll be beneficial.

Freshman-15/Freshman-45 will -not- be a part of my vocabulary. :p

Whatevs, I'm still going to be looking supahawt (one word) in college. No thanks, Freshman-15.

I work out religiously even now in HS and I plan to carry the same regimen in college: running every other day, or substitute that with 500 m. laps in the pool.

Its been a goal of mine to work out once i get to college. I'm thinking running's a good idea; i'm just too cheap to find a gym around here. and i dont like running in my house cos it gets too hot, heh

Where's the nearest gym at Sixth?

I am a complete gym rat. Every other day I'm there. 24 hour fitness, baby. My mom is a part time instructor so I get discounts :)
