Who's sending an Art Supplement?

Just getting a heads up of how common or uncommon sending it is. I'm pretty good at violin, so I'm sending in a CD of my recorded performances.

I'm preparing for a violin competition that is in January, so if I'm feeling good about my piece in late december I'll probably put one together. If I'm not...well, good luck to me in the competition :P

I am, too! Both piano and theatre. :)

butternut, are you sending in two art supplements??
i was planning to send in 2, one for music and another for art,
but then i was reading somewhere, they said it is not good to send in supplements unless you plan to major in it/are REALLY good at it...so now i do not know how many i should send..

I was considering sending in some of my art...

You can send in the arts supplement if you are not planning to major in your specific area. If you read the arts supplement, it says something like: if there is something to which you've devoted a lot of time to and are passionate about, show us. Since adcoms say they are always looking for more information about an applicant, go for it! However, to the person planning to send two, if you are NOT planning to major in either of those fields, I might consider sending only one arts supplement.
