Who is the smartest undergrad you’ve met at Brown or anywhere else? In what ways did/does he/she display intelligence.

Can people really identify one person? I’ve met quite a few smart people in my life - some well-rounded (do well in most things) and some amazing in just one or two things (math, science, writing, socializing (good socializing takes intelligence in my opinion), debating/public speaking, playing the piano, singing, painting, etc.). Couldn’t give just one name though.

I’ve met SO many smart people here that I don’t even know where to begin. The best thing about Brown (and many top colleges, probably) is that everyone you meet is hand-picked because they’re interesting, unique, and intelligent. If you told me three months ago that some of my best friends here would be athletic recruits, I would’ve laughed because I thought recruits, even at Brown, would be the dumbest around. Not true. Literally every person here is amazing.

My friend at brown. He was homeless 3.5/4 years of high school. He wanted to play the [an instrument], but he had no choice to play the sax, which he did not like. He practiced and played in some big events and won money. He used this money to take the SATs(2250), ACTs(35), APs. He ran a 4:17 mile at all-state.
