<p>I'm a HS senior who has already applied to a couple high ranked schools. I have been extremely anxious these past few weeks waiting for the results, despite already getting in to a great school (UF). Now i have no problem going to UF, i love it there, ive been numerous times because my sis goes there. In fact, up until November, it was my top school. Then my GC recommended that I should apply to some better schools because of my stats. Now im working myself up worrying about not getting in to a top-20 school. Im planning to go to law school, so i know prestige doesn't even really matter for undergrad. If i got into one of the top schools, i would probably go, but if I don't get in id be fine going to UF. Yet im still so nervous and paranoid. </p>
<p>If you plan to go to law school, you want to limit your undergrad debt as much as possible. So even if you get into one of those top 20 schools – you might be better off knocking the socks off the academics at UF and saving your money for law school. Don’t know if that helps…</p>
