Why are jeans comfortable?

Why do people think that jeans are comfortable?

they're not.. .

Au contraire! They most definitely are!

Ah, young grasshopper, I believe the better question is 'Why is your mom comfortable?'

They aren't.

Why do people think that jeans are comfortable? ≠ Are jeans comfortable?

they don't.

naw if you have a nice comfy pair then its not that bad. but if you have like a pair of low rider, hip hugger, "oh these make my butt look sooo cute" jeans then no not comfortable, cuz you didnt buy it for that purpose.

jeans are comfy end of story.hehe.

why is smoking cool? why are sweatpants not classy?

because teevee and peer pressure says so

I think it's psychological. When you put on a pair of blue jeans, you feel relaxed. Compare it to a pair of black dress pants. Going by the material, the dress pants are usually much more comfortable, and it's easier to move in them. However, there's something uncomfortable about wearing black dress pants around the house, to the mall, etc. Therefore, blue jeans are psychologically more comfortable, though the material is really rather stiff and unforgiving.

Hm, so I'm not alone. I don't even wear jeans to school. I just wear sweatpants. Some sweatpants don't look that weird.

Huh? Jeans are comfortable because they have weight, feel secure, generally don't ride up or down, are tough. You don't feel like they're going to rip ever and you don't feel like they'll fall off or get caught on things. They're even stretchy sometimes.

Jeans are amazingly comfortable.

They are comfortable. The end.

Sweatpants ftw!

i don't like jeans.... sweatpants own
