<p>I'm applying to UChicago, but I was wondering what people's thoughts are about it. I'm trying to see how good of a fit it is for me.</p>
<p>Specifically, what are the best and worst parts about U of C? If I get in, what makes it better than other schools? What makes it worse?</p>

<p>I recommend starting by reading some profiles by companies such as Princeton Review, College ****<strong><em>, </em></strong>, Barron’s, etc. Then, come back here and read some student posts, especially Unalove’s.</p>

<p>That said, here are some traditional indicators that you’ll love Chicago:

<p>So why are you applying in the first place :)? UChicago has lots of interesting clubs and student organizations that you may want to check out. Also, you may like the location—big city, lots of cultural activities. Are you interested in research or study abroad? As a large research university, UChicago has lots of funds specifically for that, but I can’t recall the names of the grants on the top of my head. Also, of course, all the school traditions, like the Scavenger Hunt arkleseizure mentioned.</p>
