If you live in the priority area for the CSU’s, you should receive admission decision early. Also, frequently if you have a high GPA you will receive notices early.
If you have a high eligibility index, which is your gpa + sat or act (formula on CSU website) you get your acceptance sooner, I believe.
Most CSUs’ admission processes are rather simple to do with a computer program, so they can issue decisions quickly.
