I want to become the President of the United States of America.

College sounds like sooo much fun.
I can get a stable well-paying job.
I want to be a "college-educated person."
It is an excuse to move out of the house early.

HS has been such a waste of time lately. In prior grades, my teachers taught well and I didn't mind coming to school. But this year, the majority of them do not teach and it just seems like such a waste of time. Eight hours out of my life per day is a lot, considering the hell begins at 6:40-45am to get the bus and I only get home at 2:55-3:00pm. Homework is usually 1-2 hours at the minimum, and then I'm in bed by 9pm ... if I want to be awake to endure the boredom again the next day.

At least in college I'll have more free time to teach myself rather than trying to teach myself in the limited time I now have b/c of how HS is run.

On a different note, I am really looking forward to college for its content as well as its better format which was already compared to HS's above. I am very interested in meteorology, which is enveloped in my interests for math and natural science. My class doesn't really have any "geeks" in it other than myself, while the junior class seems to have several. I think I might try to become friends w/ some of those juniors to have a better time while I am still in HS, but by and large, college should be so much better for my interests to truly be shared and enjoyed with others. Ideally, it should be home to many more students who are not afraid to do what they really want to do and not have to worry about whether it fits some mold established within the school for social status.

Only 6 more months left!
