<p>If you send it to anyone who is currently applying or will apply, you're not being smart at all - just a dumb decision to send it out to people who you don't know and run the risk of it being plagarized, all for the marginal benefit you'll receive when all people say is "it's really great." It just doesn't seem worth it to me.</p>
