<p>i had the same problem and i called them to find out why.</p>
<p>they said they are still working on the verification. they only have two people to handle all the incoming people. they also said it might take a long time to finish, possibly through the whole term in the worst case. </p>
<p>they recommend me to pay the part for in-state fee. i guess you don’t have to pay the lump sum.</p>
