Why is It BLUE & RED 'O_O'

<p>I never understood why College always had the colors BLUE & RED</p>

<p>Blue is the overwhelming "favorite color." Blue is seen as trustworthy, dependable and committed. The color of sky and the ocean, blue is perceived as a constant in our lives.</p>

<p>And Red has more personal associations than any other color. Recognized as a stimulant red is inherently exciting and the amount of red is directly related to the level of energy perceived. Red draws attention and a keen use of red as an accent can immediately focus attention on a particular element.</p>

<p>I view college with a BRIGHT PINK or BRIGHT BLUE. ^_^</p>

<p>My high school is red, white, and blue.</p>

<p>The country’s colors are red, white, and blue… so that might be it.</p>

<p>I personally prefer purple and silver or green and gold.</p>
