I applied to the University of Minnesota Twin Cities in the beginning of September and I still have not hear anything from them. The application tracker has been at “your application is complete” for months now and I’m worried. Although I did call the admission’s office and said I wanted to switch from the Science and Engineering college to the Liberal Arts college in the middle of November so is it because of that that it is taking so long to get my decision?

No, I switched college choices from CBS to Carlson on the phone and 1 week after the switch I got in. This was back in November. It’s probably because they’re comparing applicants against each other. It can take all the way to the end of February to get a reply.
