Why is the acceptance rate so high for NYU polytechnic school of engineering? And what is my chance

For NYU, it is 32% this year.
However, the acceptance rate for Poly is like about 75% according to the Princeton review and the US News. (but one of my friend in NYU Poly told me that their dean said that the acceptance rate for poly is also 31%. Is 75% right or wrong? Please help me figure out!! Thanks. It is essential for my application.

By the way, please predict my chance of getting in.
I am applying early decision. All my classes are IB classes in both junior and senior year. I am taking the hardest class from my high school. My GPA is about 3.84. Mostly A in average, but I do not have a good SAT. I got above 1800 because I am really bad at critical reading. It is below average for NYU. I have many extracurricular activities. I play in varsity tennis for 3 years. And this year, I will be co-captain of varsity team. I took a internship in a hospital. I can speak 3 languages(Chinese, English, Japanese) really fluently. I make makeup tutorials on youtube, play guitar, sing and perform sometimes in community. I do tutoring for math, japanese and biology in school. I have really good recommendation letters from 3 of my teacher as well. So, what do you think my chance of getting into NYU? For ED, should I apply Poly or CAS?

NYU polytechnic school of engineering’s acceptance rate is around NYU’s acceptance rate, the princeton review rating either was from previous years before the merger or was simply just not updated now that it’s part of NYU.
