<p>Pay is more (well I am also including the carry)
Work hours are more reasonable.
And you are the buyside. Its so much better to be the guy with the money than the middle man trying to make money by suking on clients for commissions. </p>
<p>And yes it pays well (at the top levels of course).</p>
