<p>So there have been rumblings that people have gotten their acceptance letters (me included! so excited haha). Normally I wouldn't complain but I notice that the official notification date is April 1st. Any reason why they're sending letters out a month early?</p>
<p>I am eager to find out the answer: are you a regular freshman applicant? where do you live? That’s amazing to get the result early. congrats!</p>
<p>Generally out of state students find out earlier than in-state students.</p>
<p>They’ve always seemed to send out the first wave of regular decision acceptances in mid-late February. </p>
<p>@agg999 sorry for the delay. I was a freshman applicant from Pennsylvania. A bunch of my friends also got their results that day as well.</p>
