Wildlife Job

Can anyone tell me whether SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry really has enough of a national reputation for me to expect to do well in the job market after graduation? I don’t want to stay in New York after I graduate so will be looking for a job elsewhere. My degree would be a B.S. in Wildlife Science. I just know I want to work with/study wildlife. I attended this school for a year as a transfer but it was mostly because my parents wanted me to. I could graduate in a year and a half and in-state tuition is cheap, but I’m still considering looking at other schools. I basically want to make the smartest decision, which could be finishing here but I’m not certain.

If no one in your department can tell you where their graduates find work, then go speak with the people in the career center. They should have information about that. The alumni office also may have information about where people are five to ten years down the road in your career field.
