Hey, I was wondering if three years of two languages is enough for colleges. I took latin 2 my eighth grade year, but my high school doesn’t offer Latin. I know some colleges typically like to see four years of ONE language. Do you think it would even out if I took Latin 3 online and up to Spanish 3 in school?
My senior year I’d much rather take an extra science course than Spanish 4(not as interesting to me as Latin).
Thanks.

I’m not an expert. Maybe look here: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/college-admissions/1802227-faq-foreign-language.html
Thanks! Anyone else?
Yes, Latin 3+ Spanish 3 would be equivalent to the highest level in one foreign language for admission purpose. Having just one of the two would meet the bar for most colleges except the most selective ones (top 30 LACs/Us).
