Will a 2 C's affect my chances greatly?

<p>I got a C in AP AB Calc junior year and a C+ in 10th grade english. Will these affect my chances? I am applying to PSU, UPitt, American, GMU, JMU, and GWU. </p>

<p>Hard to say without knowing more. What are your ECs, other grades, test scores? Sounds like you must be accelerated taking calc in junior year - maybe there is a compelling story behind that - struggling to self-learn pre-calc the summer before? All could counterbalance a couple of Cs. Better not to get Cs if possible, though.</p>
